Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.

Late Arrival Policy: A 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals beyond this grace period will result in appointment cancellation and a 50% service fee to compensate for the reserved time slot.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to appear for scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service total and may be restricted from future bookings.

Communication is Key: I understand that unexpected situations arise. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment I'm always willing to work with you to find a solution.

Payment Policy

  • Credit/Debit Cards (preferred)

  • Zelle

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Booking Requirements: A valid payment method must be kept on file to secure your appointment reservation.

Emergency Appointments: Same-day and urgent appointments are available. Please contact by phone and/or text 972-799-9922
